Dr. Richard A. Portillo
Dr. Portillo is a graduate of Chico State and Pacific University. He has been in private practice in downtown Modesto for over 20 years. He is a member of the National Ski Patrol, has provided optometric care to the underpriviledged in other countries through Flying Samaritans, and he participates in various charitible projects for his community.

Jennifer has been providing excellent service in our office since 2005. She has extensive knowledge of the various frames and lenses available. She will help you to select the lenses that will best suit your lifestyle. She will guide you in the selection of the frame which best suits your style from sheik to geek, she'll help you out!

Ms. Guadalupe Tapia
As a member of our team, Guadalupe has provided excellent service since 2007. She joined our team with 2 years of experience in the optometric field. She is one of our cheerful pre-testers as well as one of our frame selectors. She will greet you as you enter our office, provide assistance in completing forms, dispense your glasses and help you to select your frame.
